By accessing or using the Future-Fit Next Generation NGO Index™ (FFNGI™) tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Reference. These terms apply to all NGOs, CBOs, and representatives who utilize our diagnostic services.

Threshold Academy provides a structured transformation mechanism through:

• The 33-question FFNGI™ diagnostic assessment.
• Algorithmic generation of resilience reports and maturity scores.
• Specialized consultation services across six institutional pillars.
• Modernization planning and capacity-building workshops.

The FFNGI™ Index Tool, its weighted scoring algorithms, and the "New Generation NGO" framework are the exclusive proprietary intellectual property of Threshold Academy. Users are granted a limited license to view and share their specific reports but may not reverse-engineer the tool or use the methodology for commercial gain without explicit written consent.

Full access to the FFNGI™ report requires a payment of $50 per assessment. Threshold Academy reserves the right to withhold report verification until proof of payment has been manually reviewed and approved by our administration team.
