In Creative Reading, we will experiment with different modes of reading and writing

Exile Punk is a class designed to help you explore and express your aesthetics and politics, by reading then inhabiting several literary forms and practices: memorization, transcription, translation, manifestos, and forming a personal literary canon.

Fool/ish will be inspired and guided by the Fool, Tarot’s first card of the Major Arcana, marked as number 0 meaning possibility, experimentation, risk. The Fool in Tarot represents beginnings, a playfulness and excitement of the present moment. With this in mind, we, as a cohort, will explore and generate through ritual, collaborative and individual writing prompts, divination, dialogue and experimentation.

Metaphysical Detection: investigating the mysteries of being through reading and writing
